How it works....

I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.

1. What areas do we cover?

Hire price includes free delivery to Hampshire and Wiltshire.  Out of area bookings can be arranged at an additional charge.

2. Does the price include delivery & erection?

The price includes delivery and erection of your tent at your chosen location.  We will then decorate the tent on site if you have chosen this option.  We usually take down the tents at around 1pm on the day of collection, but will always try and be flexible to suit you.

3. How do we book a tent?

Contact Jo with any questions you have and to check availability- she's always happy to help!  Once you are ready to book, we will send you a booking form to complete along with the booking conditions.  At the time of booking, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 per tent (payable by bank transfer).  The remaining balance is due 14 days before your hire starts, along with a small damage deposit which is refundable provided there has been no damage to the tent.

4. Why is a damage deposit payable?

The £100 damage deposit per tent covers any damages or losses caused to the tents and equipment during the hire period.  Provided there is no major damage or loss, this deposit will be refunded back to you within 7 days of the end of your hire.  Any deductions for damage will always be fully itemised.

5. What is included in the furnished option?

Click on Prices for further details on what is/isn't included for each type of hire.

6. How many people can sleep in a tent?

Our 5m bell tents can sleep up to 6 people- we recommend a maximum of 6 children or 4 adults.  Otherwise, it's a bit of a tight squeeze!

7. Are the tents waterproof and warm?

All of our tents are waterproof and come with fully zipped in groundsheets and treated canvas.  For our glamping options, we provide thick duvets, bedspreads & extra blankets if necessary- we would always recommend bringing some warm clothes though just in case it gets a bit nippy.
